It’s been interesting.  I don’t do these blog posts often but I checked my site the other day and saw it has been about a “2020?”

Pretty stoked to have been selected by the Jesse Richman (in my opinion best kiteboarder in the world) to be one of the event judges “Maui Kite Fest 2019”

Foil Winging 🤷🏼‍♂️. It’s sort of a mix between kiting, windsurfing, and surf/SUP foiling. No I do not think this is going to replace kiteboarding “Foil Wing – the next big thing?”

Everyday at kite beach I get asked “what size kite should I take out”?. Everyday. Yes, everyday. Multiple times a day. I still find it “Quivering”

This post is dedicated to one heck of a solid twintip. Ian Ponting gave me this board about 5 years ago. Told me to ride “Breaking Boards”

After a dismal February the wind has finally come back to play. In Maui the summer is our main season. Even spring and fall are “Winds finally back!”

Start them young. 👶🏼 I cannot believe how well this little kiddo did flying his new trainer kite. Turning left and right on command. Literally “2.5 years old.”

Okay they were more then alright. They were awesome! So much positivity in this group made it even better. I haven’t had that much fun “The Kids Are Alright”

So fun watching a student go from 2 second rides to hour long upwinders all the way to the top of the windsurfing beach!
